Appeals court upholds Trump administration’s cancelling of net neutrality rules

A federal appeals court on Tuesday affirmed the Trump administration
acted lawfully when it scrapped the U.S. government’s net neutrality
rules in 2017, dealing a blow to tech giants and consumer advocates who
argued that the repeal would create a stratified Internet of fast and
slow lanes.
